Klearview Window Cleaning and COVID-19 Policy
Klearview Window Cleaning is working at creating a safe workplace for its clients and employees. With the nature of our business we are not able to work from home. As a result, we have changed some procedures, and ask for help from our clients to keep everyone as safe as possible.
Physical Distancing
All Canadians are asked to practice physical distancing. At Klearview we are asking employees to travel in separate vehicles, or wear masks, and maintain an acceptable distance from each other when working and taking breaks.
We have staggered our start time for each crew so a minimal number of employees are in the shop area at one time.
We have increased our cleaning procedures in the shop area to sanitize items that are touched in a regular manner.
As of June 29th, we may leave a physical copy of the quotation at the property (mailbox, front door). If you wish for a digital copy to be emailed to you instead please indicate that in your quote request. We ask customers to pay by online banking or a cheque left in the mailbox or front entrance area.
We are performing all regular services and are currently taking bookings. With regards to interior cleaning, we are accepting bookings in a limited capacity. In addition, we are utilizing a COVID customer acknowledgement prior to commencement that details our interior policy and what is expected of customers and employees.
Please understand that there are still risks with us entering your home. If anyone in the home is ill, has underlying conditions, or at a vulnerable age for COVID 19, we discourage you from having us do the interior windows.
Self Isolation
We are asking all employees to stay home when they are sick. In addition, we are asking employees to self isolate for 14 days if they present Covid 19 symptoms or are exposed to someone that has Covid 19 or its symptoms.
